Terms of Service

In winter, we only rent out on a weekly basis from Sunday to Sunday. Short stays and other travel times can be requested at any time.

The guest accommodation contract is considered concluded when the holiday apartment has been ordered by the guest and confirmed by Soldanella Apartments. Both the written and the verbal form are binding for the confirmation. The guest accommodation contract obliges both the guest and the Soldanella Apartments to comply.

The accommodation rental is based on the provisions of the temporary rental contract (BGB) and is binding.

Short-term and long-term bookings are treated equally.

Soldanella Apartments undertakes to make the holiday apartment available to the guest in perfect condition in accordance with legal regulations or customary market practice. He is obliged to find another accommodation for the guest,
if he is not able to provide the promised holiday home despite confirmation. 

The days of arrival and departure count as one rental day and are calculated as such.

Pets are not allowed.

 

On the day of arrival, the ordered apartment is available to the guest from 3 p.m.

On the day of departure, check-out should be done by 10:00 a.m. An agreement on changed arrival and departure times is possible at any time.

If any damage occurs in the apartments (e.g. glass breakage, burn marks, soiling of mattresses and bed linen, etc.) caused by the guests, the guest's liability insurance usually covers this.
If there is no liability insurance or if this does not cover the damage, the guest is personally liable for the damage incurred.

We reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee if necessary.

cancellation conditions

It is generally possible to cancel the booking of the holiday apartment.

The following scale applies to the cancellation of the booking:

 

The stay can be canceled free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. Up to one month in advance, 40% of the total price will be charged and in the event of cancellation within 14 days of arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged. If you do not show up, the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

 

We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.
